One of my guiding principles in life, especially in my work as a counselor, is that there’s no person you wouldn’t love if you knew their story. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, laid-back environment where you can share your story and find ways to heal and attain change. I believe that clients make significant change when they understand what led to the development of their problems and the factors that maintain current symptoms. Together we will address unhelpful thought patterns developed in your past and your present behaviors to create sustainable strategies and hope for the future.
I graduated from Adams State University with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas. I work under the supervision of Kelsey Fyffe, LPC-S.
As a mental health counselor, I’m trained to work with a wide range of mental health difficulties and disorders, but my sweet spot is helping women find freedom from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety, body image issues, and disordered eating. Just like a greenhouse, my goal is to provide the ideal environment for your growth and healing, giving you the tools and support you need to flourish. Through virtual individual or group counseling, Greenhouse provides accessible, individualized care through evidence-based practices.
